Vintage Tin Plate Twinkling Bug Clockwork / Wind-Up Novelty Toy, Kanto Toys, Japan

Twinkling Bug, Kanto Toys, Japan.

Original vintage tin plate “Twinkling Bug” novelty toy from the 1970’s. Marked with the Kanto Toys trade mark (KANTO TOYS within a two concentric ring motif) and also “Made in Japan”. In original box which is also marked with the Kanto trade mark etc.

Mechanism:- Clockwork / Wind-Up.

Action:- The bug moves ahead then changes direction periodically. At the same time sparks can be seen through the clear red plastic window in the bugs abdomen. 

Size:- 7 3/4 inches long approx.

Condition:- In very good condition, ex shop stock. Please refer to photographs.
